Ingredients:
250g Farfalle Pasta (dried)
half jar of good pesto
2 cloves of Garlic crushed
6 semi dried sun dried tomatoes chopped
1 tspn dried chilli flakes
2 tbsp pine nuts roughly chopped
grated parmigiano de reggianno to garnish
150ml good olive oil
Method:
Boil the pasta as per packet instructions, drain and cool.
mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl except the parmigiano de reggianno.
Stir this into the pasta thoroughly.
Garnish with the parmesan.
